We design our clothing & accessories to the highest standards & use the best quality available for the best price. We’re confident there will be no need for a Refund/Exchange but if there is, we got you covered for the following reasons.

1. I placed the order by accident/I changed my mind.

If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order we will be able to cancel it. Once them item is in the process if being shipped, we will no longer be able to. Please contact us quickly if any of the two conditions apply so we can refund your money!

2. Circumstances in which an item can be returned/exchanged.

-We offer free returns/exchanges for defective products that are a result of our/our suppliers manufacturing process (ex. design is out of place, design is faded etc.). If your product arrived with a problem, please contact us immediately! Damaged products due to customer negligence do not meet these circumstances.

-Unfortunately if you ordered the wrong size we cannot offer a refund/return however we can give you a discounted rate for another/same product. Please refer to our sizes charts to get the right size.

-Buyer’s remorse is also not a reason for returns/exchanges

-To summarize, we offer returns/exchanges for issues that are because of our manufacturing process only.

3. How refunds will be issued. 

We will issue an refund to the original payment method in 3-5 business days.
